1. Kindly adhere to school on time.

2. Parents are requested to leave the school premise after dropping off the child & arrive on time during dispersal in order to ease the normal functioning of the school.

3. Parents/guardians accompanying kids are requested to be extremely careful while availing of commonly used facilities in the school. For the safety of our children, it is suggested that parents themselves take the responsibility of transporting kids to school instead of other appointed guardians. While the school will continue to be supportive of any measures taken to extend convenience to parents with regards to transport of kids to school, be it in terms of organizing a carpool facility through external vendors or in the handover of children to appointed guardians, it must be understood that the school's focus on control and hence liability extends till it's school gate on the second floor. In this regard, it must be noted, that we have always maintained a 100% safety record both within and outside school. With your cooperation, we intend to keep it that way.

4. Communication rules:

   1. 1. • In case you need to meet the class teacher, take a prior appointment for Saturdays only from the school office.

         • Please avoid talking on your mobile phones during Arrival or Dispersal.

         • For any other communication, please contact Administration Co-coordinator. Please restrict your interaction with any teachers without a prior appointment. No issues will be addressed immediately during the dispersal time as it hampers the dispersal process. You are requested to wait till 12:15 pm or till 12.45 pm (once the timing gets extended for the After school courses in Preschool) in order for your grievance to be addressed.

5. Tuition fees to be paid quarterly within the first 7 days of the first month of the accounting quarter, failing which late fees will be applied as under:

   1. 1. • From 8th-14th- Rs 200 .00 will be charged as late fees

         • From 15th -30th/31st- Rs 500.00 will be charged as late fees

         • More than a month Rs 1000.00 will be levied as Readmission charges.

6. Please send two napkins with the child every day, and ensure that they are changed every day. If the child is having a running nose, please pin a napkin in front/behind, so that needful can be done. Kindly send an extra garment, and diaper (for small children) in the child’s bag every day. Please send a plastic bag every day for carrying soiled clothes etc. Children are supposed to wear school uniforms only on Monday & Friday.

7. In case the child needs leave for more than 4 days for what so ever reason, a written application must be submitted to the school within 2 days of his/her rejoining stating the reasons for leave.

8. Please ensure that the child comes properly dressed to school. Hair to be neatly combed and Nails to be timely cut. Long nails are not only unhygienic but dangerous to self as well as others.

9. Two ID cards will be issued to the child during admission. Parents to ensure that the child wears one ID card to school. It is mandatory for the parents to bring the escort card/second ID card while picking up the child failing which the child will not be handed over to you for security reasons. Please Co-operate. (Aadhar card photocopy and photo of 3 people needed to be submitted)

Re-issuance of the card because of any reason whatsoever will be chargeable @ Rs.50 per card.
